  Not happy with two separate attempts to obtain our labels purchased. First attempt was delivered with an empty green bag and no contents. Acct was great and sent replacements, however, second package had another large slit in the package and when I opened to count the quantity, only 28 of the 50 made it to us. Sent a follow up note to vendor and have heard nothing back. Requesting the 22 labels that were not delivered to be refunded back to my card. Moving on to another local vendor to supply as we can not afford to waste more time in hopes a complete package arrives. Recommend LabelLab evaluate their packaging as I can not be the only one this has happened to, again not just once, but twice now and label lab has now gone quiet on my request for partial refund on items we didnt get. Pictures attached. First picture is how the second package came. The large hole was covered with a piece of small tape. Plenty of room for half of our order to fall out in transit somewhere along the way. Same issue with first delivery, except first package was empty entirely.

Arrived Late but Look Great

Labels do not come close to matching the web site photos for the custom product I ordered.

  The circular custom 2-sided magnetic labels I received were nowhere near the quality displayed on their web site. The magnetic backing was larger than the printed label, which was applied with adhesive to the backing. Many were misaligned and badly off center. There is no way to trim the label to match the photos on the web site because the applied labels are not even aligned front to back. I am embarrassed to post these labels on the analytical equipment in my laboratory. No more label orders will be made with this company if this is the best they can produce.
