Great Service with a lot to choose from the thing that I would add if I was you guys would have an "ACCOUNT" link so customers can access invoices which is really important if you were a corporate purchaser that could have several different orders at a time. Its very time consuming to have to call customer service every time you need a copy of an invoice.

Overall process was great from start to finish. Arrived fast and on time. My only reason for 4 stars is the sign size and orientation I selected only had predrilled holes at the corners. It would be nice to be able to select where the predrilled holes could be.

Smartsign website, customer service reps, and signs are excelent! Difinitely would use again, Only one issue and disappointment: Don't expect the 'Engineer Grade Aluminum' to be ridged like standard roadside and parking lot signs are. These 40 mill signs are pretty thin and flexible when mounted on a post. Could easily be bent. Would be fine If they are to be mounted on a wall or other strong backing.
