I orded 4 of these posts for handicap parking. The posts and footings were shipped separately. The shipper apparently lost the package of footings.
The posts were delivered on Friday and today is Wednesday with no further tracking on the package. However the tracking shows the package arrived at a facility near me with the posts. I contacted customer service on Monday and requested a reshipment as soon as possible since I need the post installed by Friday. I talked with Monica who reshipped my order on Monday and I received it on Tuesday. This company has excellent customer service. Thank you Monica. I highly recommend purchasing from My Parking Signs and will continue tp do so in the future.
Signs are great!! The Flex Poles are the way to go.
There are already other stores in our Mall that will be ordering the Flex Pole from My Parking Signs. They had the best price!!!

I had to replace the rigid post 3 times and straighten it a few more due to unpreventable exposure to parking lot traffic.
Great design makes me confident that this will be a long term solution.
