The sign itself would be 5 stars but the UPS shipping package was ripped in two places and did damage
the top and a little of the bottom of the sign, so I reduced the stars to 4. I did not send it back as it is difficult to see
the top where I hung the sign. If customers complain frequently about the shipping handling, you might want to change carriers.
Overall a fantastic experience. Easy to navigate website and design tool for custom signs. I received a proof of my sign for approval same day. Finished product shipped 2 days later. I am happy with my 2 signs and would recommend My Parking Sign to anyone.
