SmartSign: So sorry you received a damaged item. UPS shipping can, at times, damage our signs. Contact our customer service department if you want a new sign – and we will send you a replacement sign, for free.
There was a scratch and a bit of a bend at the corner. Guessing it got scratched and slightly bent in shipping. Still a Great sign and will keep it and use it.
I wrote an email that I had received the wrong sign. No one has tried to contact me back.

The sign is what I expected to be, very professional and good quality. Thought it was a little pricey for a retired home owner though. I would liked to have gotten one more sign but three signs was a little to rich for me. We will see if they survive the ball field behind me.
