Perfect for the neighbor of mine who has a gorgeous husky trapped in her lill one bedroom apt. It barks all the time and is rarely walked but when taken out to walk barks like crazy with excitement. The dog can't read, but the woman can, and this is a heads up for her prior to any dog warden interventions.
