The weight and materials used were very good, however the gold on the frame and lettering pealed off as I removed the packaging. Need it now so won’t return, but thought it would be more robust for an outdoor sign. I appreciated the communication updates for delivery delays.
Top quality product. I would have given five stars had the stake been longer for the plaque to fasten to in two places (utilizing top and bottom holes). In other words, I could only secure it by screwing it thru the bottom hole only. Other than that, I love it!
The sign we received this week is just as we had expected, except that there are two holds for a stake meant for one. We had to call your customer assistance to see why this was. He said they get lots of calls about this aspect of the sign. We believe it would be more responsive to change the design or, at the least, include a note as to the purpose of the two screw holes, rather than one which is to be used. We like the quality of the product and hope that one screw will hold it securely in position.
Nice sign;on the small side, but that is what I wanted.This is a very "reserved" display which blends in to the environment but serves notice. Nice aluminum, remains to be seen if it can survive a New England winter.
I guess I misread the dimensions. It was a bit smaller than I expected. The lawn stake was what threw me off.
That said, it is still a nice addition to our garden.
The sign is well built and very nice quality. If you want to advertise video surveillance to your neighbors, it’s a great sign but if you are advertising video surveillance to people lurking around at night, the sign is way too small and is not readable if any more than 10 feet away even with a spot light on it. I wish the sign was a 12” x 18” size...would be much more readable at night. Too small.
The plaque is a great quality product! I am so pleased at how quickly my package arrived & how easy the assembly was! Two thumbs up on curb appeal too!
I liked the sign and size so much the first time, I bought a second one for my business. The first sign was perfect. However on the second one, the gold was worn off partly on one place of the sign. That's a lot of money to be spending on a sign that already is wearing off.
