The ordering process and shipment process were excellent. The shipment was very fast. The only thing I didn't like was the tan color on the sign with the reflective coating makes the sign look like a sparkling champagne color.

I thought the letters were white, but they were tan. Result was okay, but white would be better. Be careful when you order. I should have looked closer at the proof.
The sign was very nice. It arrived slightly damaged with some dents in the top layer of finishing, but we were still able to use it. We ordered this sign twice - the first time there was a typo that should have been corrected before production, but they were very helpful in replacing it. Fast delivery both times!
